Tuesday, August 1, 2017 New Contract for Penn-Co Construction Canada Members Locals Local 152 Newsletters Ratifications Local 152 members at Penn-Co Construction Canada voted in favour of a new 3.5 year contract in May. The new agreement brings Penn-Co into closer alignment with industry standards related to the calculation of overtime. Over the life of the agreement, wages will increase by 8%. Other improvements include increases to gear and meal allowances as well as enhancements to standard camp conditions.
