Thursday, January 19, 2017 New Collective Agreement for Employees of Oxford Gardens Locals Local 303 Newsletters Ratifications Healthcare Woodstock, ON—Local 303 members employed by Oxford Gardens Retirement Residence voted in favour of their first collective agreement. Employees will receive a six percent wage increase over the next three years.
