Monday, December 2, 2019 Negotiations Update Newsletters enVision Community Living – Currently in negotiations Garden Valley School District – Educational assistants, library techs, school administrative assistants, bus drivers—negotiations delayed Hanover School Division – Educational assistants—negotiations delayed The Wage Freeze The Manitoba government has introduced Bill 2, which is an amendment to the Public Services Sustainability Act. The bill outlines four years of wage adjustments including two years of wage freezes. This impacts all Local 306 members working in the education sector. A court challenge began last November.
