Wednesday, January 22, 2025 Mortlock Construction Employees Unanimously Ratify New Agreement Locals Local 52 Ratifications Sectors Construction PETERBOROUGH, ON—Local 52 members employed by Mortlock Construction Inc. voted unanimously in favour of ratifying a three-year collective agreement. The new contract provides members with a $4 per hour wage increase over the term. In addition, employer contributions to members’ retirement savings were increased by 1.5 percent, and increases were made to vision coverage and the boot allowance. Mortlock is a general contractor based in Peterborough, Ontario. CLAC has represented the company’s employees since 1973.
