Tuesday, April 22, 2025 Minex Contractors Employees Vote Overwhelmingly in Favour of New Contract Local 68 Ratifications Construction CACHE CREEK, BC —Local 68 members employed by Minex Contractors Ltd. voted 83 percent in favour of ratifying a two-year collective agreement. The new contract provides the 15 operators and labourers with an 11.5 percent wage increase effective immediately and a CPI adjustment in year 2. Employer contributions toward the cost of the benefits premium were also increased ensuring members maintain adequate coverage.
