The contract provides an annual wage increase of two percent with a possible extra 0.5 percent if the CPI is higher in year two and three, an additional 30 cents for all classifications on January 1, 2018, and a $100 annual boot; prescription safety glasses; and custom molded ear protection allowance after two years’ service effective February 1, 2018.
