The contract provides wage and pension increases, improved health benefits coverage, and an expansion of the bargaining unit, which now includes fire alarm technicians. “The bargaining committee is happy to welcome all present and future fire alarm technicians working at Oosterhof to CLAC,” says Cody Lychak, CLAC representative. “It is an exciting area of growth for the contractor, and it should continue to create additional work for our members.” Members at Oosterhof Electrical Services perform residential and commercial service work, as well as fire alarm installation and diagnostics throughout Kingston and the Thousand Islands.
