Monday, April 2, 2018 Meeting with Schuller on Project Labour Agreements Newsletters CLAC met with Minister Ron Schuller to discuss the government’s plans to introduce legislation that would effectively remove project labour agreements (PLAs) in Manitoba for new public projects moving forward.
