This announcement was made at Cardinal Creek Village, which is being built by CLAC contractor Tamarack Homes Developments. This project is located in Orleans, on the outskirts of Ottawa. Tamarack is planning on building 2,000 to 2,500 new homes at Cardinal Creek over the next 20 years.
