Friday, April 1, 2022 Meadow Park RNs Vote Overwhelmingly to Join CLAC News Newsletters National Chatham, ON—Registered nurses (RNs) working at Meadow Park in Chatham recently voted unanimously in favour of joining Southwestern Ontario Healthcare, and Service Workers Union, CLAC Local 303. The RNs, who were previously nonunion, join their colleagues at Meadow Park, who voted to join CLAC in August 2021. “We look forward to working alongside their employee-elected stewards and bargaining committee in the coming weeks and providing the representation that these front-line healthcare heroes deserve,” says Mary Ellen Alward, CLAC representative. Meadow Park Chatham is a 99-bed long term care home that is owned and operated by Jarlette Health Services.
