Sunday, February 28, 2021 Making a Difference Locals Local 53 Newsletters Ontario Construction Leo Lapico, a Local 53 member and steward at Windsor-based Poirier Electric Ltd., wanted to help make a difference in his community. Poirier is contributing both time and material to a renovation project for Family Respite Services Windor-Essex, and Leo felt it would be a great show of solidarity for the union to add its support.
