Saturday, August 16, 2025 Local 920 Welcomes New Volunteer Firefighters! In May of this year, the volunteer firefighters of the municipality of Markstay-Warren became the newest members of Local 920 Local 920 Ontario Emergency Services Emergency Medical Services This fire service has 45 dedicated volunteer firefighters who have been providing the highest quality fire service to this community for decades. These firefighters are known for their high level of training and expertise and deliver training and instruction to other fire services on a regular basis. Negotiations for a first collective agreement have begun, and the union bargaining committee has demonstrated their remarkable commitment to their fellow firefighters and the degree of expertise they bring to everything they do.
