Local 920 Volunteer Firefighters Respond to Serious Sudbury Fire

Sudbury,ON--Local 920 volunteer firefighters working at Stations 18 and 16 responded to a serious fire at a fourplex in Capreol, Sudbury, last night. While all residents are uninjured and accounted four, three of the responding firefighters are currently being treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

“We are shocked by the serious nature of this fire,” says Matt Walchuck, CLAC representative. “We commend our volunteer firefighters for their consistent bravery in serving their communities.”
