Peter addressed a variety of topics including occupational health and safety, the duty to accommodate, WSIB, and the return to work process. The nine stewards from CKHA frequently attend on-site meetings with CLAC members on these topics to provide support and advocacy on their behalf. Peter is not only a member of CLAC’s legal counsel, he also manages WSIB appeals on behalf of CLAC members. This is one of many services that CLAC provides to members at no additional cost.
