Ledcor Maintenance Services Employees Ratify New Contract

Saskatoon, SK—Local 56 members in Saskatchewan employed by Ledcor Maintenance Services Ltd. ratified a three-year collective agreement providing them with wage increases and other improvements. The local has represented the company’s employees since 2009.

The new agreement provides the 130 members with a three percent wage increase in 2024 and a two percent increase in 2025. The contract also includes increases to the stewards premium, living out allowance, and meal allowance. Language regarding matching pension contributions shifts from opt-in to opt-out.
