Monday, June 30, 2025 Ledcor Highways Employees Ratify New 26-Month Contract Local 63 Ratifications EDMONTON—Local 63 members employed in 14 different shops by Ledcor Highways Ltd. – Highway Maintenance ratified a 26-month collective agreement. The new contract includes wage increases, new premiums, improved vacation pay, and an increase to the safety allowance. Members are also now enrolled in the CLAC Pension plan. The 250 members maintain the highways surrounding Edmonton and all the way to the BC border. Their work includes snow plowing, crack sealing, spray patching, bridge washing, guard rail repair, and sign installation.
