Wednesday, May 21, 2025 Ledcor Highways Employees Overwhelmingly Ratify New Contract Local 63 Ratifications Construction EDMONTON—Local 63 members employed by Ledcor Highways Ltd. – Road Building voted 91 percent in favour of ratifying a two-year collective agreement. The new contract provides the 55 heavy equipment operators and labourers with a two percent wage increase. Other improvements include an increase to employer contributions to members’ retirement savings plan, an increase to the living-out allowance, a new safety allowance, and increases to various premiums. Ledcor roadbuilding crews are working on a multiyear project on Highway 3 and various other projects in Alberta.
