Friday, February 7, 2025 Ledcor CMS Services Employees Ratify New Agreement Locals Local 63 Ratifications Sectors Construction NISKU, AB—Local 63 members employed by Ledcor CMS Services Ltd., based in Nisku, Alberta, ratified a 25-month collective agreement. The company employs approximately 50 members performing modular construction work. The new contract provides improved wages matched to prevailing rates for industrial construction in the Edmonton area, which represents a significant increase. Base wage rates increase by 6.1 percent for hard and soft trades. A new crane operator classification was created, along with a crane operator premium. A welder – CWB classification also was created above the current welder rate. In addition, the agreement provides a 0.5 percent increase in the matching pension plan contributions, and a wage review is scheduled for March 2026.
