Monday, December 9, 2019 Leacock Retirement Lodge Employees Unanimously Ratify New Contract Ratifications Orillia, ON—Employees of Leacock Retirement Lodge have unanimously ratified a new three-year collective agreement, which provides members with a six percent wage increase over the term of the agreement. The employees are members of Health Care and Service Workers Union, CLAC Local 304. In addition to wage increases, members will also receive a newly introduced weekend premium of fifteen cents, which will increase to twenty cents in 2020.
