Monday, January 29, 2024 Lakeview Retirement Centre Employees Secure Solid Wage Gains with New Contract Locals Local 302 Ratifications Sectors Healthcare Stoney Creek, ON—Employees of Lakeview Retirement Centre Inc. in Stoney Creek ratified a three-year collective agreement providing them with solid wage gains and improved benefits. The employees are represented by Niagara Healthcare and Service Workers Union, CLAC Local 302. The union has represented Lakeview’s employees since 1995. The new contract provides employees with wage increases of 5 percent in the first year, 3.5 percent in the second year, and 3.5 percent in the third year. This is well above the current industry standard of around three percent.
