Friday, February 21, 2025 KS Zyp Employees Unanimously Ratify New Contract Locals Local 53 Ratifications Sectors Construction WARDSVILLE, ON—Local 53 members employed by KS Zyp Ltd., based in Wardsville, Ontario, voted unanimously in favour of ratifying a three-year collective agreement. The new contract provides members with several monetary improvements, including annual wage increases of 3.5 percent this year and 3 percent in each subsequent year. The employer’s contribution to fund members’ healthcare benefits was increased to $2.20 per hour, offering security to them and their families.
