Newsletters Ontario Construction Sectors Construction For members at workplaces that have vacation pay banked with the CLAC Vacation Pay Trust Fund, CLAC will be delivering your vacation paycheques in June. Please be patient as we manage job site and provincial COVID protocols for everyone’s safety. We expect to get your cheque in your hands by June 30. If we do not find you, we will mail your cheque to the most recent home address you have given us. Be sure to let us know if you have moved! This payout will include the vacation pay funds you earned while you worked up to the end of April. Employers remit that money in mid May and then we start inputting data and printing cheques. Hours worked in May are not due until mid June so they will not be included in this June payout. While we process this June payout for thousands of members, individual member requests for vacation pay will be unavailable for the period between 8 p.m. on May 14 until 8 p.m. on June 4. If you need your vacation pay sooner, be sure to request it before May 14. The June payout for all members is automatic. Call 1-800-463-2522 during business hours and speak to a member of the CLAC Vacation Pay Team.
