The three-year contract includes significant wage increases as well as the introduction of the CLAC Pension Plan and health benefits plan. “This agreement represents a huge step forward for these new CLAC members,” says Robert Brink, representative. “The wage improvements are substantial, and with the introduction of the CLAC Pension Plan, they’ll have retirement savings for the first time.
