Friday, April 11, 2025 Integral Energy Services Electricians Overwhelmingly Ratify Three-Year Contract Locals Local 68 Ratifications Sectors Construction KELOWNA, BC—Local 68 electricians employed by Integral Energy Services Ltd. voted 93 percent in favour of ratifying a three-year collective agreement providing them with wage increases and other improvements. The new contract provides members with a nine percent wage increase, with wage reviews in 2026 and 2027. In addition, the mileage rate increases from 55 to 65 cents per hour and statutory holiday pay increases from 4 to 4.8 percent. The 30 electricians work in industrial and commercial construction in the Kelowna/Okanagan region and at the Woodfibre LNG facility near Squamish, BC.
