Thursday, August 28, 2025 Industra Construction Employees Unanimously Ratify Three-Year Contract Local 152 Ratifications Construction WINNIPEG—Local 152 members employed by Industra Construction Corp. unanimously ratified a three-year collective agreement. The new contract provides members with 3.5 percent wage increases in each year of the agreement. In addition, employer contributions to members’ retirement savings increases to 10 percent, and the boot allowance increases to $420 per year. The employer will also contribute to the union’s training and industry funds. Members are currently working on a project in Brandon, Manitoba.
