Wednesday, April 5, 2017 Increases for Local 53 Members at Collaborative Structures Limited Locals Local 53 Ratifications Cambridge, ON—Local 53 carpenters and labourers at Collaborative Structures Limited ratified a three-year contract. The agreement provides two-percent added vacation pay for employees with over 17 years of service, annual 1.5 percent wage increases, annual one-cent per hour increases to the education and industry funds, and a one-percent increase to employer RRSP contributions for employees with over 10 years of service.
