Sunday, February 28, 2021 In Memoriam: Rick Carbino Locals Local 63 Newsletters Alberta Local 63 Rick Carbino, a Local 63 member for the past 10+ years, passed away suddenly in Calgary on December 27 at the age of 62. Rick lived in Calgary and worked for both Ledcor and PCL Builders during his time as a CLAC member. He was a steady, dependable, and positive presence on the sites that he worked on. He will be missed by his family, friends, and fellow Local 63 members who he worked with.
