Brad Tipper, 24, was killed tragically on Thursday, August 9, in a fire at an apartment block in Elk Valley. Brad was a recent addition to the CLAC family. A fourth generation miner, he had been employed since May by Procon Miners, working on the tunnel rehabilitation at the Baldy Ridge Tunnel Rehabilitation Project in Sparwood, BC.
