In certain situations, premiums for life, accidental death and dismemberment, and in some cases short term and/or long term disability are taxable benefits and must be claimed as income. The T4A form will be sent to your home address on file, so please log in to myCLAC.ca to confirm or update your contact information. For Participants in the CLAC Group RSP If you participated in the CLAC Group RRSP and have registered your account, you should have received a contribution receipt if you had contributions in 2020/2021. A receipt for contributions received beyond the first 60 days of 2020 (known as the 305-day contribution receipt) was sent in January, while a receipt for contributions received in the first 60 days of 2021 will be sent at the end of March.
