Monday, February 26, 2024 Important Changes to Your CLAC Group Benefits Plan We are pleased to announce improvements to your benefits coverage Newsletters Manitoba Local 152 Beginning January 1, 2024 • Vision care is increasing from $300 to $350 every year for children and every two years for adults. • The per-visit maximum for massage therapy will be increased from $50 per visit to $80 per visit. • Prescription coverage will change so that the coverage increases from 80 to 100 percent after $1,500 in paid claims per person per year. (Currently, 100 percent coverage does not occur until you reach $3,000 in paid claims.) • We are adding dependent life coverage: $10,000 for spouse and $5,000 for each dependent child.
