HCH Fundraiser Plants Seeds of Remembrance

Two memorial trees will honour Local 304 members Errica Gill and Olaf Hendrick.

On July 8, 2026, Holland Christian Homes (HCH) in Brampton brought residents, tenants, staff, and community members together for a special car wash and BBQ fundraiser with a meaningful purpose.

With perfect weather, members of the HCH management team rolled up their sleeves to wash vehicles, while attendees also enjoyed BBQ items in support of the fundraiser.

The funds raised will be used to purchase and plant two trees in memory of Errica Gill and Olaf Hendrick, two longstanding Local 304 members and dedicated supporters of CLAC who passed away in 2025. The trees will serve as a lasting tribute to their lives, contributions, and the impact they made on their community.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support this meaningful event, and congratulations to HCH for this extraordinary act of compassion and remembrance.
