Tell him your job is perfect for your strengths and skills. 3. I’m willing to learn more. Let her know that you are always interested in being even better at your current job. 4. I’d like to think about it. If you’re not sure and your boss is pressuring you, tell him you need some time to consider it and talk it over with family—don’t let yourself be pushed into accepting it! 5. I’d like to keep my options open. Tell her that although this is not the right time for you, things may change down the road. 6. It’s not for me.
