Wednesday, July 19, 2017 Graceview Enterprises Employees Fully Support New Contract Local 53 Employees of Belmont-based Graceview Enterprises Inc. voted in unanimous support of a settlement for a renewed three-year collective agreement. The settlement was negotiated by Local 53. The new contract features 2.5 percent annual wage increases to hourly rates as well as proportional adjustments to vacation pay and employee pensions. Most importantly, the structure of employee pay for travel time and reimbursement was overhauled in the agreement. “This settlement addresses a fair balance of increases for our members at Graceview,” says Roger Grootenboer, CLAC representative. “All sides were committed to a respectful dialogue and in the end, we were able to arrive at a fair resolution.” Previous Next You might be interested in Strathcona Mechanical Workers Approve New Agreement with Wage and Scheduling Improvements 3 Jun 2026 Ready To Deliver 3 Jun 2026 The Miracle of Many Hands 2 Jun 2026 Velocity Mechanical Workers Secure New Contract with Wage and Benefit Improvements 1 Jun 2026
