Tuesday, September 16, 2025 Forge Your Future—A CLAC Progression Program CLAC, alongside our partner Construction Foundation, has recently launched a new apprenticeship progression program to help you succeed at your in-school training and pass your Red Seal exam Ontario Construction Construction Get Ready for Your In-School Training! Are you facing challenges progressing through your in-school training and believe you may benefit from additional support? We are here to work with you to overcome challenges, build confidence, and develop the skills to succeed. Our tailored programs and guidance will help you get on the path to achieving your goals. Why Should You Try the Program? By using our self-assessment resources, you will be able to learn more about potential barriers to your success and how to leverage your strengths to overcome them. This is the first stage of the program and will involve enrolment in the CLAC Skills for Success modules. These will help you build your skill development in areas pertaining to math, communication, and digital comprehension. Using these scores as a guide, CLAC and Construction Foundation can offer a variety of supports that help you find new ways to learn and succeed. Supports may include progression guidance, online training and tutoring, customized learning plans, exam preparation, and finding new pathways to help you progress in your apprenticeship. This program is completely free for members and is accessible to you until you pass your Red Seal!
