First Contract Ratified by Workers at Tal-Co Building Innovations

Ottawa—CLAC members at Tal-Co Building Innovations Limited have voted in favour of a first collective agreement. The 3-year contract provides workers with strong recall language, employer-paid pension and benefits, annual raises, and access to CLAC’s training programs. Tal-Co is an Ottawa-based general contractor working through out Eastern Ontario.
