Monday, August 13, 2018 First Contract at Montana Electrical Wins Unanimous Support Local 52 Ratifications Etobicoke, ON—Local 52 members at Montana Electrical Contractors Ltd. have unanimously ratified their first collective agreement. The three-year contract includes significant wage increases for all members in year one, and $1 per hour increases in each of the second and third years. The agreement also introduces CLAC’s pension plan, with the employer’s contributions increasing each year. Members will also see improvements in vacation pay and a new tool and boot allowance. Montana’s 15 journeyperson and apprentice electricians perform work on new and existing ICI buildings in the Greater Toronto Area.
