Monday, December 20, 2021 First Collective Agreement for PSE Services Employees Unanimously Ratified Locals Local 52 Ratifications Sectors Construction King, ON—Last week, electricians and electrical apprentices employed by PSE Services unanimously accepted their first three-year contract under CLAC representation. The 12 employees are members of Construction Workers Union, CLAC Local 52. The union has represented the employees since August 2021. Highlights of the agreement include yearly wage increases over the term of the contract ($37.00, $38.50, and $40.00, respectively); a $300 boot, tool, and clothing allowance; four percent employer pension contribution; and afternoon and night shift premiums.
