First Agreement for Employees of LTS Build Services in Manitoba

Winnipeg—Local 152 members employed by LTS Build Services Ltd. ratified their first collective agreement.

The three-year agreement includes 100-percent employer-paid benefits, retirement contributions, industry competitive wages, as well as wage increases.

LTS Build Services is a division of Ledcor Group. It is the second division to begin work in Manitoba in the past four years. Local 152 members will be involved in the construction of new outside plant fibre optic telecommunications core infrastructure in and around Winnipeg.
