They both are employed by Executive Hotels and Resorts in Richmond, BC. “Erin has been at the Executive Hotel in Richmond for 15 years, and she is a big asset to the hotel with her experience. She is very polite and her knowledge of the hotel helps when she is on the phone with a guest. She is a good communicator with management and guests regarding reservation questions. She is punctual and always willing to give extra time to catch up with her work when she is back from days off. "Erin is a steward and she balances very well between work pressures and union issues. She listens to complaints by union members, and she has good personality to raise issues between management and staff.
