Local 301 National Thomas was nominated by his coworker Sid Hirji. They both are employed by Real Canadian Wholesale Club at the west Edmonton location. “In spite of his age of 60+, Thomas consistently goes above and beyond,” says Sid. “He is the hardest worker I have ever seen. He is direct with his communications. He adapts well to diversity in the workplace such as people with communication barriers. He is excellent with customers, and in spite of his seniority, if he doesn't know something he asks for help.
