Everyday Champion!

Congratulations to Local 52 member Hayden Durham! Hayden is the winner of CLAC’s Everyday Champions award for the month of May

“I’m nominating Hayden for this award because he’s always in a good mood at work and always has an extremely positive attitude,” says his nominator, Chad Dixon. Hayden and Chad are employed by B & J Contracting working in Orillia, Ontario.

“Hayden performs his job and is always willing to help other’s to their job,” says Chad. “He’s good at his job and makes a good atmosphere to work in. He’s a heavy equipment operator but he’s always willing to lend a helping hand labouring. If everyone shared in Hayden’s attitude, work would go smoothly and it would be a great environment to be in.”
