Arnold is this month's winner of the Everyday Champions award Locals Local 63 News Arnold was nominated by coworker and fellow Local 63 member Randy Belle. They are both employed by Heartland Constructors and work at Alberta’s Kearl Lake project. “Arnold always goes above and beyond when it comes to safety in the workplace,” says Randy. “He has a keen eye for identifying hazards and personally ensures those hazards are eliminated or mitigated so no worker gets hurt. “He also practises positive interventions on coworkers when he notices unsafe behaviour.
