"Michael is a highly motivated and skilled driver with an emphasis on performing every task as safely and efficiently as possible," says Noel. "With a strong understanding of not only the of tasks he performers but also the physical and mechanical capabilities of the various trucks he operates, Michael is first away from the laydown and last to return from his daily work duties. He never refuses a hot shift, and when the need was called for, worked the long shift of eight weeks during COVID.
