They both are employed by Ledcor LTS working in Belleville, Ontario. “Wayne is an amazing coworker,” says Tyler. “He was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago, but due to finances has to continue working. He comes in every day, works hard, encourages everyone to do their best, and has a smile on his face. He would give you the shirt off his back without question.
