enVision Community Living Employees Ratify New Three-Year Contract

Winnipeg—Local 306 members employed by enVision Community Living in Winnipeg ratified a three-year collective agreement.

The new contract provides the 18 direct support professionals with a wage increase and signing bonus. In addition, a new long-service premium was negotiated. Members also will now be paid for their time when doing online training related to their position from home when health-related symptoms prevent them from reporting to work.
