Contractor Sales voted unanimously in favour of a new collective agreement providing them with a number of substantial improvements. The employees are represented by Construction Workers Union, CLAC Local 52. The union has represented the employees since January 2011. The three-year agreement provides wage increases, increases to employer contributions to the pension plan, an increase to vacation pay provisions, and improved living-out allowances.
