Thursday, September 21, 2017 Employees of JG Barrette Ratify New Agreement Ratifications Hawkesbury, ON—CLAC members employed as electricians at JG Barrette Electric ratified a new collective agreement. The contact provides sizable increases to the employer-paid pension plan, wage improvements, reduced overtime thresholds, as well as 14 percent vacation pay to all employees after five years of service. “With this new agreement, our members will see immediate gains while still allowing JG Barrette to grow and succeed in the future,” says Cody Lychak, CLAC representative.
