Employees at Jestek Electrical Ltd. Ratify First Agreement

Ottawa—CLAC is pleased to welcome employees of Jestek Electrical Ltd. to CLAC.

These new members recently voted unanimously in favour of their first collective agreement. The three-year contract includes yearly wage increases, an employer paid pension plan, and new on-call premiums.

“I’m pleased with the contract that we were able to negotiate on behalf of these members,” says Jennifer Kennedy, CLAC representative. “I look forward to working with these electricians in the coming years.”

Members at Jestek Electrical Ltd. perform light residential and commercial service work in the Ottawa area.
