Wednesday, September 27, 2017 Electricians at Lecompte Electric Ratify New Contract Ratifications Ottawa—CLAC members at Lecompte Electric ratified a new three-year collective agreement. The contract provides annual increases to wages and employer-provided pension contributions. It also includes improvements to the sick pay benefit and the tool and clothing allowances. “Lecompte Electric has experienced significant growth over the last two years,” says Cody Lychak, CLAC representative, “This agreement compensates our members for their hard work and ensures that there is still room for growth in the future.” Lecompte Electric is located in Ottawa and specialise in commercial service, new commercial builds, fire alarm, institutional design build, and retrofits throughout eastern Ontario.
