Monday, March 2, 2026 Dalron Employees Ratify New Contract Providing Steady Wage and Benefits Improvements Local 52 Ratifications Construction SUDBURY, ON—Local 52 members employed by Dalron Construction Ltd. ratified a new three-year collective agreement that provides steady wage and benefits improvements. Dalron employees have been represented by Local 52 since 2011. The renewed contract runs from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2029, and includes wage increases of 3 percent per year for skilled labourers and 2 percent per year for labourers at levels 1, 2, and 3. The agreement also increases the annual safety boot reimbursement to $350 and renews existing letters of agreement on red circling and student employment.
